1. How do I place an order from Locoboutique.com?
  1. There are two ways to submit an order from Locoboutique.com:
    1. Order through the internet
    1. Select the item you would like to order, click the button "Add to Shopping Bag". The item will then be added to your shopping bag.
    2. If you would like to shop some more, click the "continue shopping" button.
    3. Otherwise, click the "check out" button to fill out billing and shipping information. Then click "Submit" to complete the order.
    2. Ordering by fax order form
    1. Print out the Fax Order Form. (click for form)
    2. Fill out the billing, shipping and the item information of your order.
    3. Then, fax the form to: 1-808-952-6011.

  1. How much is the shipping and handling charge?
  1. If the shipping address is within the United States, the shipping and handling charge is 10% of the order's subtotal.
    If the shipping address is outside of the United States, the shipping and handling charge is 20% of the order's subtotal.
    Shipping and Handling charges will change if there is need for Special Shipping and Handling.
  1. How do I know what size to order?
  1. When viewing an click on the chart button, located next to the size scroll. Chose the size that best fits your body measurements.
  1. What if the size did not fit and I would like to exchange it for another size?
  1. Just send us back the item in its original form and write a letter telling us what size you would like to exchange it for. You will be charged accordingly for the cost of shipping (please see shipping and handling charge question for more info).
